By far my favorite just has to be the moernization of the Oni, who doesn't really llook like he synchs up but damn it all, he's trying!
I love the expression in his eyes. "Bwahahaha, see that?"
He truly is an oni, the way you've drawn him, he fits in with the whole scenery, but is so weird, you can tell he doesn't really 'fit in' with the reality.
The sky you've painted is beautiful, all those colors mixed together...Just stunning, i'm kinda glad you had so many goes at it, cause it ended up looking real nice and having more character then it probably would have if you've finished it in one go
