My first fanart of Kino from Kino's Journey. :) I love this anime, Kino travels around the world to strange countries with companion Hermes the talking motorcycle.

Instead of my usual crazy colour palette, I thought of using soft colours and shading again. I like working in this colouring style, it's pleasant, to say the least. ^___^

I wanted to call this one "Kino and The Country of Hayfever" but it didn't quite ring. Yay grass.

^^ nice, i like a lot the colouring and perspective. overall its impresive, even though i particularly don like his expresion :( i cant see too much of emotion nevertheless the colours are great and its really good :)

I've watched episodes 0 and 1, and can't wait to get the rest. I'd love to read the novels, but I'm not sure if it's translated into English yet?
This is one of the best looking series I've picked up an interest in this year. A lot of my friends dislike the anime because they say nothing happens.. but the beauty of Kino no Tabi is in the atmosphere and the characters I say.

Thanks for the comment! ^_^ The funny thing is in the series Kino remains fairly expressionless, I've tried putting a smilier face on but it didn't work.. so I thought I'd leave Kino to be more in character.
